The Derby Inn, Burton On Trent Town, Burton on Trent

Lengthy walk out of town but worth it. Choice of bar or lounge on entry - I went right into the bar. You can tell from the noticeboard how seriously they take their beer.... Choice of Bass or TT Boltmaker. Bass in perfect condition. Lovely place. Visit blogged at http://bit.ly/2O9rRfy

Recently taken on by a micro brewery from derby called wentwell brewery. A good selection of beers to be had. A couple of real ciders aswell. The log burner was very welcome on a cold drizzly day. Staff are very friendly and helpfull. Its well worth a visit. Not forgetting the cobs very good value with only butchers meats used and quality fillings.
