Old Boots left this review about Fearns
A large open space in the ground floor of one of the new buildings on Leeds Dock. This is open plan on a grand scale, two floor levels with uncomfortable seating, the rear section looks like it could easily accommodate theatre in the round. It has stepped seating at one end and a large lighting rig complete with glitterball. This area has the counter on the right with its three trios of not too mundane kegs; Guinness but also Asahi and Peroni with a vague cider, an own label lager and Kirkstall Virtuous. The front area has an adjacent counter but no taps so probably just for food orders. Seating on the upper front level looks more fixed and maybe less harsh on the posterior. The left hand side has a screened off area with what looks like a small meeting room attached and there is something upstairs too. Obviously more to explore here, never did find the toilets though. The beer isn’t cheap at £3.95 for a half of Peroni.
