Once a proper pub (the Brown Bear), this has now been gutted and modernised into a fairly naff sports bar. It is all very bright, with light wood floors and furnishings, excessive lighting and several big screens, all rounded off with some pretty objectionable loud music. It is quite long, stretching back to a pool table at the rear, and there is a patio outside. The saving grace could be its single handpump, which apparently dispenses Stotfold Gold from Buntingford, except we were told it hadn't been on for some weeks and they didn't know when it would return. I don't know when I will return either.
