This pub feels like a suburban local. There appeared to be 3 rooms - a central bar, a games room to the left and a further room behind the bar to the right of the entrance, which had some closed curtains sealing it off. The games room has a pool table (over 16s only), a dartboard and some sweet machines (presumably not over 16s only). The flooring is bare boards and there is light grey wainscotting with white painted walls.
A large screen TV was showing a sports channel on mute. Instead, music was playing quite loud. A DJ was advertised for the second Saturday in October. No wifi is available.
The bar has 3 handpulls but the pub no longer dispenses cask ale. Keg options were Guinness, Moretti, Cruzcampo, Fosters, Old Mout, Inch's, Heineken or Amstel. Alternatively, a jug of Aperol would set you back £20. For those with less cash to spare, ice lollies could be purchased for £2!
I can't really recommend a visit here.

Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The Black Horse
Last traditional pub remaining in the village, so it's no surprise to see a pool table, dartboard and regular TV sport / live music advertised. The interior has been partly opened out at some stage, with a simple refurbishment more recently by the look of things, but there is still a 'snug room' off to the right of the bar. Also has a beer garden at the back which catches the sun nicely for much of the day. I found one of a pair of handpumps in use, pouring TT Boltmaker (£4.60).

In 2012, it may have had a good selection of real ales. Now, its Doom Bar alone.
Looked closed but on arrival, there were three men at the bar end, listening to 70s 80s rock music on the jukebox. Silence, not seen since those two backpackers entered the slaughtered lamb in american werewolf in london. Even the tracks changed on the jukebox.
Doom Bar was not the best.
