Excellent bar in an excellent location, overlooking Skipton's canal basin. Staff were friendly. At three in the afternoon, it was busy, but every half an hour, the clientele changed. This was because the canal trips began and ended outside at that time. Two lovely ales tried, Goose Eye Black Moor, a dark mild and Blonde Bombshell. Both were excellent. A lovely location in which to watch the narrow boats, swans and ducks sail past. Loved it!

Well located Skipton pub adjacent to the canal and all the boats for the trips.It was doing a roaring trade on my Saturday afternoon visit with all the 5 hand pumps getting plenty of welly
