More cafe than pub, this new business occupies historic shop premises which were previously Nuggs Cafe. As stated below there are tables and chairs on the footpath at the front, while the cafe itself is quite cramped inside on the ground floor, though there is a more spacious seating area upstairs. There are three stainless taps on the bar dispensing Inch’s Cider, Moretti and one which was obscured. Their main drink offerings, though, are rum and cocktails. We waited a considerable time to get served, and people who came in after us decided to go elsewhere due to being ignored. Food was trendy and expensive, certainly not good value. I shouldn’t bother in future other than to appreciate the building’s history.
