No cask. Keg offering of Cornish Orchards, Asahi, Peroni, Stella, Camden Hells and Squeezy, Neck Oil, Jubel, Leffe blonde, Mahou and Modelo.

L shaped, bare boarded venue, recently re-opened after a long closure and fleeting establishments since it was last the Beehive. There is a small amount of seating at the front on a narrow strip. Bar counter follows the internal shape but shorter on the length to the rear of the venue. A leather banquette under the front netted short curtains serving regular tables with regular chairs the other side thereof, plus a bench along the left-hand wall serving a single table and then a couple of smaller tables in the middle of the floor space in front of the bar counter. There is a drinking ledge served by a few tall stools just inside the entrance. There are a couple of larger tables in the rear right-hand corner separated from each other by a head high screen, leaded glass in the top part. The venue is quite ambient with its lighting and colours, the walls housing a large mirror just inside the entrance and on the opposite wall above the solitary bench and a lot of framed prints. A couple of signed rugby shirts on the wall by the stairs down to the bathroom, not obvious what the connection is as doesn't seem like a sporting orientated venue (didn't spot any screens). Music was very background and a venue where conversations dominated on my early evening visit.
