No cask. Keg offering of Guinness, Coors, Henry Weston's cider, Madri, Carling, dark fruits Carling cider.
Large rectangle off the main road with the bar counter a three-sided affair off the left-hand wall and offering some tall stool seating at the bar counter. The whole area is carpeted apart from a small tile skirt around the bar counter. Mixture of regular and tall tables in the front part of the venue with some drinking ledges on the right-hand wall facing the longer part of the bar counter hosting the taps. A couple of pool tables at the rear with some further regular and tall tables. There is a small paved rear beer garden with picnic style benches and some cover just outside the rear door, needed for sun protection rather than rain on my hot afternoon visit. TV's were switched off but a singalong 60's soundtrack was playing.

Strongers . left this review about The Nuthouse
This is the first pub I have ever been into that has had a dual player Sega Rally machine in it. There are also 2 pool tables and, apparently, a couple of full size snooker tables upstairs that are off limits at the weekends as they have guests staying up there. I'm not sure if these guests sleep on the tables or not!
The barmaid/landlady was ok, if maybe a little disinterested and the Abbot had turned. The Courage Best was off, but there was a selection of standard lagers available along with John Smiths and Guinness.
If you are looking for a sports bar with plasmas and games you could do far worse than drink here. If however you are looking for a quiet drink whilst sampling the fine ales I doubt that you would walk into a pub called the Nuthouse in the first place.
