Graham Coombs left this review about The Five Bells
A large Greene King eatery, actually quite nicely turned out, smart and tidy but much given over to food. It's fairly long and narrow and conventionally furnished, with a couple of dedicated dining areas to the back and a tabled beer garden and play area behind. It was very busy with diners but there was still plenty of room. On handpump were IPA, Abbot and Old Speckled Hen; the IPA was fine but the Abbot was past its best. Other than that it seemed very well-run.
