Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The Glass Lion
The former Brewers Fayre has just been reopened by Queensway Inns under its new name. However, apart from removal of the former branding and a change of menu, nothing in the multi-part layout of seating and dining areas (all with dull, semi-modern furniture and decoration) seems to have changed. Also retains a few wooden benches out on the tatty front patio. No handpumps on the counter, so just a quick Moretti (£2.75, half) before moving on.

Called in yesterday for a meal. It was very busy and the service was very efficient and friendly. 2 beers on - Hobgoblin Gold and Doom Bar. The gold was in decent shape and the food was decent too. I would happily call again.
