Bucking Fastard left this review about The Drop
A small, cosy bar underneath the arches to one side of Coal Drop Yard.On entering the bar is to your left with a few small tables surrounding, then a carpeted midships section with more tables and comfy chairs opposite a wall display of wine bottles before an open kitchen.Outside there are lots of tables, some high with space heaters providing warmth. The serving team were friendly ,and most punters were just drinking, the restaurant next door was doing a roaring trade.
No real ale just kegs Estrella,Guinness and Greene King Hazy Day,surprisingly decent and the half served in a dimple glass.
Low key ,calm and friendly, shame there is no real ale which would have extended my stay.
