One of them family dining, pub themed restaurants, pretty much standard for the type with lots of tables and chairs and varying floor levels, there’s even some booths opposite the counter. Pale pine woodwork and furniture with a mix of pastel shades on the plaster and there’s some exposed brick here and there. Decorated with a range of prints with vases and other china stuff on shelves. Four pulls on the long counter but just Greene King IPA on two of them, it was in reasonable condition for a boys bitter. Ping and fling food. I suppose they serve a purpose for some people.

A large modern family dining pub on a major retail park. That's the negative bit: it actually has a very nice clean, bright interior, with several separate areas; the food looked pretty good, with various extras available (try the cake!); but most importantly it has a splendid range of 6 local ales on handpump and tending to be the more unusual ones. Cask Marque listed and those sampled in perfect condition. A slight shame that everywhere seemed laid up for dining, but easy enough to find a corner. Far from a traditional pub, but good for eating and the beer range makes it good for drinking.
